During the open house, Ciarco Center staff will answer questions and provide information on programs – as they did at the 2015 event.

HACKENSACK, N.J. – Bergen Community College’s Hackensack location, the Philip Ciarco Jr. Learning Center, will host an open house during the 11th annual Hackensack Street Festival Saturday, Oct. 1. The College’s event, taking place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., will feature family activities, contests and information on programs available at the institution (355 Main Street). Prospective students will have the opportunity to speak with Ciarco Center staff, including Dean Sandra Sroka and financial aid representatives. The event is free and open to the public.

Based in Paramus, Bergen Community College (www.bergen.edu), a public two-year coeducational college, enrolls 15,000 students at locations in Paramus, the Philip Ciarco Jr. Learning Center in Hackensack and Bergen Community College at the Meadowlands in Lyndhurst. The College offers associate degree, certificate and continuing education programs in a variety of fields. More students graduate from Bergen than any other community college in the state.
