PARAMUS, N.J. – Black 47 lead Larry Kirwan will front a one-man show highlighting Ireland’s history through music this month in the Anna Maria Ciccone Theatre at Bergen Community College.

As part of the Thursday, March 30 performance at 7:30 p.m. at the College’s main campus, Kirwan will bring Irish history alive – including sections devoted to the Great Hunger and the Celtic Revival. The show will also feature classic Black 47 songs and extracts from Kirwan’s plays and books.

Based in Paramus, Bergen Community College (www.bergen.edu), a public two-year coeducational college, enrolls 15,000 students at locations in Paramus, the Philip Ciarco Jr. Learning Center in Hackensack and Bergen Community College at the Meadowlands in Lyndhurst.
