PARAMUS, N.J. – Producing some of the greatest standards when American jazz hit the high notes: “Embraceable You,” “I Got Rhythm” and “But Not for Me,” “Salon Songbook: The Gershwins and Friends,” a celebration of songwriting’s most successful sibling partnership, will play the Anna Maria Ciccone Theatre at the College’s main campus, 400 Paramus Road, Saturday, Oct. 28 at 7:30 p.m.

Featuring two-time Tony nominee Christine Andreas joining cabaret favorite Klea Blackhurst, the show is directed by Mark Waldrop and hosted and curated by Deborah Grace Winer. The show will celebrate the brothers’ contribution to the American songbook that embodied the energy of the jazz age, transforming Broadway and Hollywood musicals.

Tickets are $35 for general admission. Senior citizens and College faculty, staff and students receive discounts. To purchase tickets, visit tickets.bergen.edu or call (201) 447-7428.
