When asked why she selected Bergen, Ferrante said, “I chose Bergen Community College because it is close to home and has an exemplary nursing program that promotes student success.” Ferrante felt that she had excellent faculty while studying in the nursing program. She said, “The faculty and staff are always available to address any student concerns and the professors are well-educated nurses who have many years of experience in the field.”
