Habitat for Artists temporary work studios measuring 6 feet by 6 feet.

PARAMUS, N.J. – The creative process, sustainability and collaboration inspire Gallery Bergen’s art exhibition by Habitat for Artists (HFA). “Art@Large,” on view in West Hall at Bergen Community College, 400 Paramus Road, will run through Tuesday, Jan. 31. An opening reception will take place Tuesday, Nov. 29 from 6 to 8 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

“Art@Large” showcases work from HFA public projects as well as the artists’ studios. In addition to the installation, Gallery Bergen will alternate between a studio and an exhibit space with the opportunity for collaborative pieces to evolve between and Bergen students. The exhibition will include workshops for students to create original pieces from various recycled materials as well as worktables and wall sections to be used over the duration of the show.

Featured artists are: Michael Asbill, Todd Sargood, Jessica Poser, John Bridges, Tom Sarrantonio, Marnie Hillsley, Simon Draper, Donna Sharrett, Bill DeNoyelles, Kathy Feighery, Molly Rausch and Beth E Wilson.
