Change of Student Data

If you need to update your student information (name, address, phone number….), please report to One Stop/Registration for in-person assistance.
You will need to complete the Change of Student Data and be prepared to provide support documentation upon request.

    (This is a downloadable PDF form. You will need to print it out  for completion and signature before submission.)
  • Submit the completed & signed form in-person to One Stop, Room A 129, Pitkin Education Center, Main Campus (Paramus) or Student Services, 1st Floor (Meadowlands)
