Financial Aid /FAFSA® Application Workshops Schedule

The FAFSA® Financial Aid application workshops will be held in-person.

  • Location: Pitkin Education Center, Room L-222 (2nd floor, inside the Library), at the College’s main campus, in Paramus, NJ.
  • Date and Time: FAFSA® in-person Workshops will be offered. Refer to the schedule listed below:

Plan Ahead

To participate in both the virtual and in-person workshops, students and parents (if Dependent) must have:

  1. FSA ID (Notes: Instructions on how to create FSA ID can be found at www.studentaid.gov )
  2. 2023 Tax return and W-2 for the 2025-2026 FAFSA
  3. 2024 Tax return and W-2 for the 2026-2027 FAFSA
  4. Social Security Numbers.

Remember: You have to create your own FSA ID, and your parent should create his or her own FSA ID, as required, before the FAFSA® can be started.

Financial Aid/FAFSA®  and HESAA Application Deadlines

Deadlines for New Students and Non-Renewal Students for Academic Year 2025–2026

All high school seniors, first-time college students and students that did not receive state tuition aid grant or financial aid in are to meet the following deadlines:

NEW and NON-RENEWAL students planning to enroll in both Fall and Spring semesters

Deadline Description If planning to enroll in both
Fall 2025 and Spring 2026
Deadline to complete the FAFSA® April 15, 2025
Deadline for all EOF students (EOF award only) September 15, 2025
Deadline to complete State Records in NJFAMS
– Submit additional information/documentation requested by HESAA (via NJFAMS Portal)
Notes: This includes state tasks, verification, corrections, reevaluations, adding a college, etc.		 October 1, 2025
(or 30 days from initial notification)

NEW and NON-RENEWAL students planning to enroll in Spring semester only

Notes: Applications must be received by:
  • Spring 2026 only: Applications received after April 15, 2025 but by February 15, 2026.

Deadlines for Renewal Students

All students who

  • have received federal or state financial aid for academic year 2024-2025 and that want to renew their aid for academic year 2025-2026 are to meet the following deadlines:

RENEWAL students planning to enroll in both Fall and Spring semesters

Deadline to complete the FAFSA® April 15, 2025
Deadline to complete state record in NJFAMS:

NJ HESAA/Tuition Aid Grant (TAG) Deadlines for Academic Year 2025–2026

To be considered for a TAG award, students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) or NJ Alternative Financial Aid Application within established state deadlines.

Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Appeal Deadlines

  • To be considered for a SAP appeal, students must complete the Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) appeal within the recommended deadline.
  • The deadline for submitting a SAP Appeal is the 45th day after the start of the semester (Fall, Spring, Summer) for which eligibility is requested.
  • Late submitted appeals will not be reviewed.
  • Appeals missing required information will not be reviewed.
