You may be eligible for a college placement exemption/waiver and be placed directly into college-level courses without testing.

Note:
1. If you are uploading documents to be attached to the above forms, please be advised that you will not see the documents in the final PDF file. However, we will be able to access your attachments.
2. The documents must contain the student’s name, test dates, and the college/school/university name, if applicable.
3. Provide proof of name change if different from documents.
